Joyfields Institute (JI) is an international training and consultancy organization helping to address correctional re-entry and re-integration challenges through evidence supported models for reform, reentry and resettlement.

We are seeking an individual with experience in the grant writing, fund raising and developing resources to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process
• Generate and qualify leads
• Consistently meet sales and revenue targets
• Work with a diverse team to support the business development goals
• Work for successful program implementations and meet funding requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently

Grant writing skills

Self starter with strong work ethic

Business background and knowledge of the Criminal Justice grants cycles and processes

Skillful in business needs analysis, uncovering prospects' needs and working to address them

Excellent communication skills
